Bug fixes:

Build:

- now recommended to use "make" instead of "build.sh"

- rx kernel: faster and smaller `s:eq?`
- stdlib: smaller implementations of `c:whitespace?` and `c:vowel?`

- fix descriptions for `until`, `while`
