# Building RETRO on Linux

## Requirements
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
- c compiler (tested: clang, tcc, gcc)
|
|
|
|
|
- make
|
|
|
|
|
- standard unix shell
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
## Process
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Run `make -f Makefile.linux`.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
This will build the toolchain and then the main `retro`
|
|
|
|
|
executable.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
